Website scope

This is primarily a static informational website. It includes a voluntary QR Clarity support and suggestion form, aggregate website analytics, and links that let visitors choose to send email. It does not use submitted information for advertising or marketing.

Technical request data

Hosting is provided by Netlify. When a browser requests a page, Netlify may process an IP address, the technical request, device type, operating system, browser information, timing, and security-related technical data as needed to deliver, operate, monitor, and protect the hosting service.

Aggregate website analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics processes limited technical request information to provide aggregate information about website traffic and use. This is website analytics; it is separate from the QR Clarity app.

Voluntary form and email

When a visitor submits the QR Clarity support or suggestion form, Netlify Forms processes the selected request type, form content, the required email address, and any optional name the visitor chooses to provide.

Netlify stores QR Clarity form submissions in its Verified or Spam views. It sends a notification copy for verified submissions to support@softsignsolutions.com, where Microsoft 365 processes it in the support mailbox; a submission kept only in Spam may have no notification email.

Microsoft 365 processes the sender address, message, attachments, and related metadata only when a visitor chooses to send a voluntary email.

QR Clarity feedback program

The QR Clarity feedback program collects your usage context, usefulness selection, experience details, improvement ideas, platform, required email address, optional name, confirmation that you used the app, program acknowledgement, and optional quote-contact preference.

The information is used for product improvement, manual eligibility review, and manual delivery of an offer when a selected participant qualifies and codes remain available.

QR Clarity feedback program information is not sold and is not used for behavioral advertising.

The form does not authorize publication. If you allow quote contact, SoftSign Solutions may ask later for separate approval of the exact public quote, attribution, and any required disclosure.

Feedback program submissions in Netlify's Verified or Spam views, and matching notification emails in the Microsoft 365 support mailbox when present, are deleted no later than 12 months after submission.

Manually sent offer-delivery emails and any quote-contact correspondence in the Microsoft 365 support mailbox are also deleted no later than 12 months after the original submission.

You may request earlier deletion of the Netlify submission and any matching notification email by emailing support@softsignsolutions.com.

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate website visits. It does not receive QR Clarity feedback-program answers.

Why information is processed

Netlify processes technical request data to host and secure the website. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate website analytics. Netlify Forms processes voluntary support and suggestion submissions so the owner can review and respond to them. Microsoft 365 processes the matching form notification in the support mailbox and processes voluntary email so the owner can reply to and manage the requested conversation.

Storage and retention

Netlify controls the retention of technical service data. Its privacy statement explains that retention depends on the purpose for which data is held, legal obligations, and technical limitations on deletion. This draft does not state a fixed retention period for Netlify technical service data.

Active QR Clarity support and suggestion form submissions in Netlify's Verified or Spam views, and matching notification emails in the Microsoft 365 support mailbox when present, are deleted no later than 12 months after submission.

Inquiry emails remain in Microsoft 365 while an inquiry or related work is active and may be deleted when no longer reasonably needed.

Deletion requests

You may request earlier deletion of the Netlify submission and any matching notification email by emailing support@softsignsolutions.com.

A matching notification is no longer an active mailbox copy once it is absent from ordinary Microsoft 365 mailbox folders and Deleted Items.

After the Netlify submission and any active mailbox copy are deleted, Microsoft 365 Recoverable Items, provider retention or backups, holds, permissions, legal obligations, security needs, or technical limitations may delay or prevent final purge.

If someone requests deletion, the owner reviews the request and deletes the inquiry from the active mailbox when reasonably possible.
