Responsible Use

Working principles for bounded access, human approval, testing, evidence, and recovery.

Human responsibility

People remain responsible for consequential decisions and external actions. Assistance does not transfer accountability to a model.

Authorized, bounded access

Work is limited to systems, accounts, data, and actions that are owned, operated, or explicitly authorized for the agreed scope. Access should be no broader than the workflow requires.

Testing, evidence, and recovery

Workflows should be tested with expected and failure scenarios, leave useful evidence for review, and define how work stops, reverses, or resumes when a condition is not satisfied.

Limits

These principles describe an intended working approach. They do not certify a system, guarantee an outcome, replace professional advice, or remove an owner’s obligations.
