How the limited program works
The initial program is limited to the first 50 valid feedback-program submissions while offer codes remain available. A valid submission comes from someone who used QR Clarity, provides complete and relevant answers, includes no prohibited or sensitive content, has not already received this campaign offer, and is in a storefront where the Apple offer is available.
Eligible participants can receive a one-time Apple offer to purchase QR Clarity Lifetime for US$4.99 or Apple's corresponding localized price. Apple displays the final price and eligibility before confirmation.
The offer is not free, and submission is not a guarantee. Codes are reviewed and delivered manually by email. One offer per person and no cash value. Availability and expiry are limited.
Positive and negative feedback are equally eligible. No App Store rating or review is required. Eligibility does not depend on your opinion.

Review the purchase limitations
Apple's purchase sheet shows final localized terms. Existing Lifetime owners cannot repurchase Lifetime.
The initial Apple eligibility is Never purchased within your app, so any prior in-app purchase, including Annual, may make the customer ineligible.
Active Annual customers must not redeem Lifetime while that subscription period remains active, and waiting for expiry does not override Apple's purchase-history eligibility.
Apple makes the final redemption determination and does not sponsor the feedback program.
