Getting started

Camera, photos, and creating QR codes

For camera scanning, confirm that QR Clarity has camera access in iPhone or iPad Settings, then try a well-lit, in-focus code. To scan from an image, choose Scan Photo and select a photo from your library.

When creating a QR code for a photo or document, use an existing HTTPS link to the file. QR Clarity creates a QR code for that link; it does not upload, host, or change access to the file.

History and purchases

Export limits and Plus purchases

Free history keeps 30 records and can copy or export the newest 10. Annual and Lifetime include the same Plus features: expanded history up to 1,000 records, full copy, CSV and JSON export, batch mode, and larger comparisons. Eligible customers can use every Plus feature for seven days free.

Choose Annual or Lifetime in the app. Annual renews at Apple's displayed yearly amount unless canceled. Lifetime is a separate one-time purchase. To recover access, use Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. For Annual, use Manage Subscription to review or cancel renewal. Canceling Annual preserves Plus access only through Apple's verified paid or trial period. If restoration does not complete, send the details below without including purchase credentials.
